Software License Agreement

PIPESIZE Spreadsheet Template Software

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Stephen M. Hall ("S. Hall"). The enclosed PIPESIZE software program and accompanying data (the "SOFTWARE") is licensed by S. Hall for use only on the terms set forth herein. Please read this license agreement. Payment of the license fee indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, return the full product with proof of purchase within 15 days for a full refund.

1. Grant of License

S. Hall grants to you the right to use PIPESIZE as stated on your proof of purchase.

Single User License may be used on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.e., single CPU).

Workgroup License may be used on a network or on multiple computers provided that no more than fifteen (15) actual users (i.e., non-technical workers are not counted) have permission to use the SOFTWARE.

Site License may be installed on multiple networks for unlimited use within a single geographical location.

2. Warranty

Because software is inherently complex and may not be completely free of errors, you are advised to verify your work and to make backup copies. In no event will S. Hall be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE or user documentation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall S. Hall's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the SOFTWARE.

3. Copyright

All intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and confidential information in the SOFTWARE and user documentation are owned by S. Hall and are protected by the United States copyright laws, other applicable copyright laws, and international treaty provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may cut, paste or insert PIPESIZE data, calculation results or tables from the SOFTWARE for use solely in professionally or otherwise prepared engineering calculations, internal documents and presentations.

4. Canadian Purchase

If you purchased this product in Canada, you agree to the following: The parties hereto confirm that it is their wish that this Agreement, as well as all other documents relating hereto, including Notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.

5. General
